A fifty-eight-year-old man from Tenby is set to go on trial next month after being charged with causing death by dangerous driving.

Stephen Paul Brady of The Glebe who is alleged to have caused the death of forty-three-year-old Mark Waite from Pembroke Dock, whilst driving an articulated heavy goods vehicle dangerously on the A4076 road at Salutation Square in Haverfordwest on February 15 of last year, entered no pleas, to the charge when he appeared at Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on Tuesday, with a 'not guilty' plea entered on his behalf by magistrates.

Following the hearing, a trial date of March 1 was set for Swansea?Crown Court, and the defendant was released on unconditional bail.
