Various dates of forthcoming events were noted when members of Tenby Ladies Circle met last week.
September: 24th - Coffee and Chat at Blanco's in Port Talbot (contact Edna if interested); 29th - National President's Ball; 29th - Invite from Soroptimists to see Amazing Grace at Tenby cinema (meet first at St. Johns for refreshments and nibbles, tickets £15, proceeds to Cancer Research - contact Edna for more details).
October: 5th - Area meeting, Llandeilo, £10 (names to Julia please); 24th - Friendship challenge, £10, Carmarthen Athletic club (names to Julia please). November: 18th - Haverfordwest Ladies Circle Fashion show in aid of Area Project; 30th - Round Table Ladies Night (please pass this change of date on to past Circlers).
December: 8th - Winter Carnival (possibly selling mulled wine and Welsh cakes); 8th - Christmas dinner at Bay Tree, 8 - 8.30 pm. January: 26th Area Ball, Cardigan.
March: 1st - Fashion show at De Valance. April: 11th - Area AGM in Maesteg; 13th - Area meeting (proposals for Area project by this date); 26th - Circle handover at Gower Hotel in Saundersfoot.
May: 24th - Area handover at Fishguard Bay Hotel. Circlers have been asked if are interested in doing the children's Christmas box this year. All boxes are to be in by the beginning of November. The next meeting will be at Sian's on Thursday, October 11. Remember to wear something pink.
