Tenby Ladies Circle met last Thursday. Chairman Edna Williams presented Jayne Meyrick as president, Judith Ronowitz and Karen Tully as honorary. The Ladies Circle annual fashion show will be held next year on June 1. Pauline Allen will be giving a talk on receiving her MBE at the De Valence on June 19 at 7 pm. This year's Flower Festival in St. Mary's Church is between July 5-9. Ladies Circle will set up on July 4 and steward on the 7th. The Round Table progressive supper is on July 14. Summer Spectaculars will be held on July 22 and August 5. The summer dinner will be held at Trefloyne on July 7, 7.30 pm. Tangents Hike and High Tea is on June 20, meet 6.30 pm, dinner for 8 pm at St. Govans Inn. The Area Circle meeting is on June 30, Newcastle Emlyn Church Hall. See Julia Sharpe by June 18. Correspondence and thank yous were read, one very nice thank you was received from Rev. David Jenkins. Reports were read on Ladies Circle area handover and the diabetes walk. The next meeting will be held on July 12 at the home of Melanie Rogers.
