On Friday, 24 pupils from Tenby Junior Community School took part in the Pembrokeshire Primary School Cross Country Championships at Oakwood.
Tessa Hughes started the event well for Tenby Juniors with an outstanding run finishing first.
Year 4 pupils Max Brindley and Layla Slack were second and seventh respectively in their races.
The longer distance for Year 5 pupils suited Anna Garvey, who improved her position this year coming in fourth.
Well done to all the runners who took part and thank you to parents for helping and transporting children to the event.
