UNDER 10s: Tenby Tigers ended their league challenge with games against Goodwick A and B.

They beat Goodwick B 1-0, with a fine goal by Lauren Lewis. Rhiannon Harley kept a clean sheet in goal and Mollie Goforth tackled well at the heart of the defence. Nia Thomas dominated the midfield, with Lois Horsley, Holly Furlong and Bethan Osborne all showing good attacking and defending skills.

Their final match was against league winners, Goodwick A.

Although the team battled well, they were beaten 5-0 by some nice football played by the Goodwick team. Special mention must go to Holly Furling who made some very brave tackles on girls twice her size!

Well done to the squad, who came runners-up in the U10s league: Nia Thomas, Rhiannon Harley, Mollie Goforth, Bethan Osborne, Holly Furlong, Lois Horsley, Lauren Lewis.

UNDER 12s: The Tornadoes had a tight game against Neyland. After some close shots by both sides, Neyland managed to score twice. Tenby's 'keeper Lowri Lewis had no chance against the close range shots.

Sarah Paterson played extremely well in defence, with Kirsty Williams and Rosey Wicks helping out.

Chloe Goldie and Terri George both had scoring chances, but it was not to be Tenby's day. Shelby Rossiter and Yasmin Woods hassled the Neyland defence, but Tenby ran out of time before they could close the deficit.

In their second game they went 1-0 up early on thanks to a goal by Terri. But some slack marking allowed Pembroke Boro to equalise.

Team: Yasmin Woods, Sarah Paterson, Chloe Goldie, Shelby Rossiter, Lowri Lewis, Terri George, Kirsty Williams, Rosey Wicks.

Tenby Jays continued their unbeaten record with a draw and a win in their two matches.

Rhianne Griffiths put the Jays 1-0 up against Neyland. Tenby had several chances to increase their lead with shots from Elena Ciccotti and Gracie Bevan, but the Neyland 'keeper was in great form. Natalie Johnson once again defended solidly for Tenby and Ellen Thomas in goal quickly released the ball for Rhianne and Elena.

However, the Neyland girls did not give up and were rewarded with a late equaliser.

In their next match, the Jays beat Pembroke Boro 2-0, with Rhianne Griffiths scoring both goals. The whole team played well, with plenty of good passing and shooting.
