Tenby Under 13s had a convincing 14-1 victory over a nine-man Carew side.
Tenby went 6-0 up at half-time, with Michael Halligan opening the scoring from a Sam Christopher corner.
Christopher himself scored next following a fine ball through the middle from Brett Evans; he then made it three, before Mikey Boswell scored the fourth from a long shot. Christopher completed his well-deserved hat-trick. while Boswell scored Tenby's sixth.
All credit to Carew who kept on playing and were rewarded with a goal early in the second half after a Tenby player hand-balled just outside the penalty area. A well-struck free-kick was well out of the reach of Tenby 'keeper Richard Thomas.
This error spurred Tenby on and goals came thick and fast. Boswell scored again, Christopher twice, before Adam Johns scored the goal of the game. Luke Dedman crossed the ball in from a corner for Johns to superbly head home.
Not to be outdone, Christopher scored twice again, before Dedman got in on the act, while Boswell had the final word, rounding off a good day for Tenby.
Tenby's other players, Ritchie Coleman, Joel Pendel, Scott Helmich, Gavin Kinsey and Joe Scourfield played well, but special mention must go to Jordan Lloyd who played superbly at the back, thwarting Carew's breakaway chances.
Thanks to Martin for running the line and parents for supporting.
TENBY U12s 6 CLARBESTON ROAD 0
The Tenby Taxis sponsored Under 12s entertained Clarbeston Road at the Clicketts last Saturday.
The Tenby side started brightly, with narrow misses from Toby Smith and Chris Heesom. In fact, Tenby dominated the first half to such an extent that 'keeper Richard Bridges saw little of the ball.
The Tenby back four of Tom Griffin, William Hughes, Matthew Davies and James Howes were quick to nullify any Clarby attack and the four didn't put a foot wrong throughout the entire game.
Midway through the first half, the Tenby midfield of Rhys Winter, Keifer Thompson and Chris Heesom played some smart one-touch football to release Toby Smith in the 18-yard area and, with only the goalkeeper to beat, he slotted ball home.
At the turn around, it was still Tenby 1 Clarby 0 and only some fine goalkeeping by the visiting 'keeper had kept the score at this level.
The half-time time talk by coaches Huw and Mark worked wonders and Tenby came out for the second half firing on all cylinders. Chris Heesom used his devastating pace to good effect on the right and Rhys Winter showed his silky skills and lightning acceleration on the left.
It wasn't long before Chris added Tenby's second and shortly afterwards Johnny Lammin was to show his strength in the opposition's six-yard box to bag Tenby's third. Toby Smith added a fourth and not to be outdone Chris Heeson netted a fifth.
It wasn't all one-way traffic, however, and a terrific header off the line from Tom Griffin enabled Richard Bridges to maintain a clean sheet.
With approximately 15 minutes remaining, Tenby substituted Rob Jones for Tom Griffin, James Maxwell for Johnny Lammin and James Criddle for Tom Harland.
In the dying minutes, Tenby were awarded a penalty when Rhys Winter, having outstripped the Clarby defence, was brought down in the penalty area.
Toby Smith, realising that he was on £5 for a hat-trick, quickly took possession of the ball and from the resulting kick sent the Clarby 'keeper the wrong way to score.
Thanks go to referee Sir Gary 'Call Me Ref' Heesom, who as usual refereed the game in a fair and unbiased manner, and assistant referees, Brynley Hughes and Dave 'he didn't look offside' Meyrick.
Tenby fielded: Richard Bridges, Tom Griffin, William Hughes, Mathew Davies, James Howes, Toby Smith, Keifer Thomson (capt.), Rhys Winter, Chris Heesmon, Tom Harland, Johnny Lammin, Rob Jones, James Maxwell, and James Criddle.

The Tornadoes battled well in their second game against Prendergast. After an exciting match, 0-0 was a fair result.

MUMBLES RANGERS U14s 3 TENBY UNDER 14s 2
The Tenby and Saundersfoot Lions sponsored Tenby Under 14s travelled to Swansea for this attractive away draw against Mumbles in the West Wales Junior Cup.
Tenby started off strongly with wave after wave of attack from the kick-off and it began to look like the home team would only score from a breakaway goal. This they did on four minutes when their attacker ran onto a through ball and planted it into the back of the Tenby net, leaving Danny Harries with no chance.
Tenby were virtually camped in the home half, with Ashley Prior and David Jones causing all sorts of problems for the Mumbles defence, but their tactic of defending in numbers was proving successful, albeit giving Tenby the opportunity to keep the pressure on.
Prior fired in shots from anywhere, narrowly missing the target, and with the superb attacking support of midfielders Jamie Robinson, Clem Boswell, Matthew Jones and Matthew Fleming, this looked like it was going to be Tenby's day.
However, Mumbles forced a corner from a rare attack and sloppy defending and marking saw the ball in the back of the Tenby net.
Tenby again kept up the attacking momentum, while Damian Walters, Ashley Murdoch and James Davies were outstanding in defence, although David Saunders was clearly struggling from a back injury and was replaced shortly before half-time by Luke Probert.
The second half again started with Tenby pressure and it finally paid off when a brilliant ball from Robinson sent Prior on his way to shake off two defenders and rifle the ball into the Mumbles net.
Prior scored the equaliser five minutes later and now deservedly back in the game, Tenby pushed forward in search of a winner to avoid extra-time.
Unfortunately, Mumbles had a rare attack two minutes from time and they scored what turned out to be the winner against the run of play with a tremendous shot that beat Harries fair and square.
Tenby emerged from this game with a lot of credit and the Mumbles manager acknowledged that they had been lucky to win, but such is cup football. Tenby's heads were high and they had shown the strength of Pembrokeshire football and emerged as good ambassadors for Tenby. Well done lads.
A wander into Swansea, then complimentary tickets from Swansea City to see the Macclesfield game rounded off an enjoyable day.
Tenby team: Danny Harries, David Saunders, James Davies, Ashley Murdoch, Damian Walters (capt.), Matthew Fleming, Clem Boswell, Jamie Robinson, Matthew Jones, David Jones, Ashley Prior, Luke Probert.
HERBRANDSTON U16s 0 TENBY U16s 7
The Tees-R-Us sponsored Tenby Under 16s progressed to the next round of the cup after this convincing win over Herbrandston. The Seasiders produced an excellent display of football and showed what they are capable of when they put their minds to it.
Although the scoreline suggests a one-sided match, the first half was a very close encounter, with the home side holding their visitors with stout defending.
The breakthrough came in the 15th minute when Jack Christopher finished a sweet passing movement involving David Otton, Lloyd Wilson and Bruce Tasker; Tasker proving a real thorn in Herbie's side with his scintillating turn of pace and pin-point crosses.
The home side almost drew level when Lewis Hurlow, in between Tenby's sticks, failed to hold on to a low shot which skimmed across the wet playing surface, but the danger was quickly cleared by captain, Darren Taylor, leading once again by example. In fact, Taylor and his fellow defenders, Dan Cope, Sion Jenkins and Ben Field-Thomas, were quite outstanding and lay the foundation for this important victory.
With this danger averted, Tenby went to the opposite end of the park and picked out Christopher, who doubled the visitors' lead, right on the stroke of half-time.
The second period saw the home side fall apart as Tenby collected five more goals.
Jack Christopher notched up his hat-trick, as did fellow striker Liam Robson.
Robson's last goal was the best of the game. With Herbie receiving a rare second half corner, the ball was headed away by Taylor and as it fell between two indecisive home players, Taylor nipped in and sprinted down the wing to halfway. His pass found Robson on the edge of the box and he skipped past a defender before rounding the 'keeper to score.
With five minutes remaining, Sonny Phillips completed a very successful morning for Tenby with the easiest of tap-ins.
Tenby team: L. Hurlow, S. Jenkins, D. Cope, D. Taylor, B. Field-Thomas, P. Broadhurst, L. Wilson, D. Otton, B. Tasker, L. Robson, J. Christopher, B. Quartermaine, S. Phillips, M. Sofan.
