GIRLS FOOTBALL
Their first game was against Pembroke. They won 7-0, with captain Nia Thomas scoring six goals. Holly Furlong, Lois Horsley and Kimberly Alman all made impressive starts to their 'careers', with six-year-old Holly scoring Tenby's seventh goal. Rhiannon Harley was very safe in goal and Bethan Osborne ran and tackled well in both games.
The second match was a little closer, with Tenby allowing Neyland to score two goals.
However, Nia scored four more goals, with Holly adding another to make the final score 5-2 to the Tigers.

UNDER 12s (Tenby Tornadoes): The Tornadoes got off to a good start with a 2-1 victory over Neyland Hawks. Joanna Rone and Cheek made a welcome return to the squad, with both scoring in the game. Captain Lowri Lewis played well in goal. Zoe Griffiths and Roxy Paxton tackled well in defence, with Sarah Patterson and Chloe controlling the midfield. Yasmin Woods had several attempts at goal and Joanna and Cheek finished off good through balls.
In the next game they drew 1-1 with Goodwick A. Cheek scored first for Tenby and they kept the lead for most of the game. Unfortunately, Goodwick equalised and there wasn't enough time left for Tenby to get another goal.
Team - Lowri Lewis (capt.), Zoe Griffiths, Yasmin Woods, Chloe, Sarah Patterson, Joanna Rowe, Cheek, Roxy Paxton.
Tenby Jays: Tenby Jays played their hardest game so far against Pembroke Boro.
An exciting game ensued and although Tenby had most of the play they could not score. Lucy Morris, in the Tenby goal, made an excellent debut, keeping a clean sheet in both matches. Natalie Johnson and Ellen Thomas had to make several important tackles against Pembroke, with Rhianna Griffiths, Elena Ciccotti and Sophie Izzard all making chances. However, a goal would not come, despite some neat play by Alice Christopher.
In their second game against Goodwick B, the team worked well together and won convincingly 6-0. The goals came from Rhianne 2, Sophie 3 and Alice.
The unluckiest person on the pitch was Natalie, who did everything but score!
