Save the Children Tenby Branch are delighted to announce that they have raised over a £1,000 from local activities last week for the Mozambique disaster.

Wisemans Bridge Inn held their usual quiz and donated the proceeds to the branch - £145.

They then held an extremely successful fashion show courtesy of M&CO at their shop on Sunday and raised an amazing £800 and bucket collections in Tesco and HSBC raised over £100.

“We are extremely grateful to all those concerned who have helped us exceed our expectations by raising such a fantastic amount,” said a spokesperson.

“Anyone who would like to contribute to this disaster and hasn’t yet done so, can still contribute to the DEC fund at any bank. Well done Tenby. ”
