Tenby 1st XV v Tenby Barbarians
On Sunday, December 26, at Tenby United's Heywood Lane ground, the now famous annual Boxing Day rugby match will take place again.
Tenby United 1st XV will again entertain the Coastal Cottages sponsored Tenby Barbarians in what is sure to be another festival of entertaining, champagne rugby that all the family will enjoy, with the added bonus that it is all in a good cause to raise money for the Gareth Scotcher Trust Fund.
The Coastal Cottages sponsored Tenby United 1st XV are firm favourites this year after a great start to their 2010/2011 season and are currently top of their division, but the Tenby Barbarians have been pulling out all the stops to make sure that they have recruited well and might just pull off the biggest surprise since Scotland beat South Africa in the recent autumn international - watch this space, as further updates will be provided weekly leading up to the match.
