Author Wendy Hobbs will be holding a book-signing in Tenby on Saturday.

‘Claudia Quash: The Spell of Pencliff’ is a young adult fantasy, suitable for ages 7/8 and adults who enjoy original stories in that genre.

Wendy, who gave up a legal career to follow her dream of becoming a children’s author, has already received great reviews for her book, which has been described by one reviewer as a ‘sort of Narnia meets Alice in Wonderful meets time-travel adventure’.

Pencliff is based on Tenby and its award-winning beaches, the Tudor Merchant’s House, St. Catherine’s Island (St. Agatha’s Island) and the Ghost Walk, which all feature in the story.

Wendy will be at Tenby Bookshop, in Tudor Square, between 10 am and 1.30 pm on Saturday, for an author signing.
