Much elation amongst members after their recent success in the Ace of Clubs competition. At the last club meeting, members were given a slide showing of the winning selection and the opportunity to comment and congratulate individuals concerned. Now members have to seriously look at their selections of slides and images to make an impact in the national competition in July. Due to an increase in membership, the club has had to look for larger premises for their meetings and have held their last meeting at St. Issell's Church. The next meeting will be on March 8 and will be held at the new venue of St. Florence Village Hall, St. Florence, at 7.30 pm. There will a presentation of prints, slides and images from past Welsh Salon events, which promises to be an enjoyable evening.
