Eight anglers fished the mid-week match on November 23, with the fish proving elusive once again. Only two anglers weighed in, with the result being: 1. Garfield Thomas, LSD 0.652 kg; 2. Peter Lemon, whiting 0.204 kg. At Laugharne on November 27, a total of 13 anglers fished in what appeared to be good conditions. Unfortunately, no in size fish were caught. The draw was won by Peter Lemon, Barry Taylor and Nev Andrews. Only four anglers finished the Roving season on Sunday, but at least there were some fish to report. All anglers weighed in and LSD, whiting, flounder and dab were recorded. Results: 1. Barry Taylor and Nev Andrews, 59 pts; 2. Garfield Thomas and Karl Boyle, 49. Next match is a beach rover from 1 to 6 pm on Sunday. Booking-in at the Information Centre, Kilgetty. The Club's annual trip to Clevedon takes place on January 22. Transport has been booked for those members wishing to take advantage of a subsidised trip. Please note that a £10 non-refundable deposit is required and should be paid to Peter Taylor on a 'first come first served basis' as soon as possible.
