Recently, six of the newest members of 1284 Tenby Squadron Air Training Corps were successful in passing their First Class examination. This is the first classification exam they take after joining the squadron.

Seen in the picture are the successful cadets, together with acting CO, Flight Sergeant Victoria Thomas.

The Air Training Corps gives youngsters between the ages of 13 and 17 the chance to experience a slice of military life, including gliding, flying, adventure training, camps in the UK and abroad, shooting, parades and drill, various sports and lots of other activities. They also offer Duke of Edinburgh Award training, as well as the highly successful BTECs in aviation, public services and music. Tenby squadron parade at Station Approach, Tenby, on Mondays at 6.45 pm and Fridays at 7 pm.
