Awards were presented to players from the Under 11s, 12s, 13s, 14s and Under 13s girls teams. Also presented were the Sid Spencer Memorial Trophy for the club's Junior Player-of-the-Year, the joint winners this year being Carrie Slack and Nicola Aston, who have been selected for the Wales Under 15s Girls Squad that will be shortly travelling to Denmark - a tremendous achievement.
The Hillings Team-of-the-Year shield was presented to the championship winning Under 12s team, who won 23 out of their 24 games, scoring 175 goals and conceding only 28.
The club is proud of all its players, managers and coaches, and is already looking forward to next season when it is hoped to build on the excellent reputation that Tenby has for junior football in Pembrokeshire.
During the evening, a raffle was held for a pair of top quality Nike air football boots donated by Mr. Martin Lamb, of Tenby, which raised the magnificent sum of £104. The club is grateful to Mr. Lamb and also to Mr. Graham Fry, of the Royal Gate House Hotel, for providing the room for the presentation ceremony, providing food for all the players for only a nominal amount, and also for providing a room free of charge for committee meetings throughout the year.
Thanks are also extended to all parents for helping the club in every way during the past season, providing transport, washing the kit, selling raffle tickets, etc.
