Five members were present at the February meeting of Templeton Community Council held in the Church Hall. Also attending the meeting was the rural housing enabler, Mr. Matthew Owens. He gave the council a talk on the possible need of affordable housing in Templeton. It was decided to ask Mr. Owens if he could do a survey to be sent to the households in Templeton asking if anyone was interested and that everyone would be considered.

A letter was received from Miss Rachel Sharples, of Corner House, voicing her concerns regarding the proposed traffic island at the top of the village by the junction to the school. Miss Sharples felt that the proposed site was not wide enough for large vehicles to access the main road. The council addressed her concerns and would pass them on to Pembrokeshire County Council. Pembrokeshire County Council wrote to inform the council that Templeton would be included in the next round of villages to receive the orange kerbside recycling bags.
