Pembrokeshire County Council municipal services employees have received their Institute of Leadership and Management Level 2 Introductory Certificate in Team Leading.
They completed a six-week course looking as subjects such as the role of the team leader, health and safety, and using resources efficiently. The group are already team leaders and are located all around the county.
They were presented with their certificates by the director of transportation and environment, Ian Westley, who is pictured with William Lloyd, Avril Jordan, Derek Mathias, Stephen John and Martin Rogers.
Also successful were Carolyn Lloyd, Gloria Rees, Carl Rulloff and Catherine Williams.
