AFTER a plea to find her former art teachers, Rachel Rasmussen was surprised and delighted to have responses from three of her teachers who attended the successful launch of her exhibition last month. All three teachers were impressed with her work and congratulated her on her success.

“Seeing my teachers at the exhibition was a wonderful experience. Being able to reflect on my childhood and the projects we did in school has inspired me to keep going. I would encourage others to reach out to those teachers who have touched and inspired them,” said Rachel, who hails from Tenby.

It must have been very rewarding for these teachers to know that all the many years of hard work has come to fruition in at least one person’s life.

Rachel’s exhibition at the Norwegian Church Arts Centre, Cardiff finished on October 29 and she appreciates all those who visited and supported her.
