The Greenhill Music Department held its annual Christmas concert at St. Mary’s Church this month. 

This year, the talents of the Ysgol Greenhill Orchestra, Choir and Jazz Band shared the programme with our Trombone Quartet - James Goodwin-Close, Matthew Coburn, Ioan Thompson and Sam Prestwich; a violin solo from Tom Davies; the vocal talents of Kiah and Laney Lindsay; a trumpet solo from Lucy Anthony; the Year 7 string quartet, a flute solo by Hope Yeates and a dynamic percussion solo courtesy of Immy Stace-Smith. The school would very much like to thank each and every individual who helped to make the event the resounding success it was, in particular, the members of the Pembrokeshire Peripatetic Music Staff, whose time and talent was generously given, our very own Mr. Lloyd Evans for stepping up as M.C., and the members of St. Mary’s Church for being so accommodating of our festive venture.
