What do Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone and Anne Frank's Diary have in common?

They are just some of the popular books that have been banned at some time or other in various countries across the world.

Now to celebrate 'Banned Books Week' (September 22-28), Pembrokeshire libraries are joining libraries across Wales to give people the chance to win a selection of banned titles.

All readers have to do is provide a short review of a 'banned' book that they have read.

The on-line competition is open to library members over the age of 16 who live, work or study in Wales. It runs until September 27.

For forms, more information and to read the terms and conditions for the competition, please visit http://www.librarywales.org">www.librarywales.org and follow the link from the home page. Or you can visit the Welsh libraries Facebook page.

A full list of books that have been banned is also available on http://www.librarywales.org">www.librarywales.org.

All Pembrokeshire libraries provide computers for members to use for free.
