Two members of the Tenby Dolphins club, brothers Michael and Jamie Nicholas returned home from the Welsh National Swimming Championships with three gold medals.
Michael won gold in the 400 individual medley, two silvers and three bronze; he is also a member of the Welsh Talet ID squad.
Jamie won gold in the 100 and 200 breaststroke, and one silver.
Jamie and his sister, Emily Pellington, also made qualifying times for the national competition in Sheffield.
