PICTURED is Joann Randles, of Valley Road, Saundersfoot, who recently represented Kingston University at the British Universities and Colleges Swimming competition which took place at Ponds Forge in Sheffield.
A former member of Tenby Dolphins, Joann has also competed with the Pembrokeshire Aces for the county and previously represented Wales in the British Colleges championships at Loughborough University.
This is the first major event Joann has competed in for nearly three years, having been concentrating on her studies, and saw teams from the top sports universities represented, including many Olympic swimmers and Wales' David Davies, now studying at Loughborough.
While at the event, Joann also met up with two of her West Wales swimming peers, Jennifer Mayo from Carmarthen and Helen Smale from Swansea.
