Care at the end of life should be a significant priority. Hospices such as Paul Sartori Foundation have a major part to play in helping people talk about death and providing a choice for patients. Paul Sartori Foundation provides person centred care and ensures that people receive the support they need, when they need it, so they can live well until they die.

Paul Sartori Foundation helps you to care without you being there. It is difficult to look after family and friends as much as we would like given that we all lead such busy lives. Having a serious illness like chronic respiratory disease, motor neurone disease, stroke and cancer can limit freedom and quality of life. Paul Sartori Foundation can make a difference by helping some to regain control of their life.

You do not have to be a Paul Sartori Foundation nurse to make a life-changing difference to seriously ill people. Donations and fund-raising make a vital difference and can turn around the direction of the service.

"We were so delighted to hear that there was to be a 'frock swop' in Lamphey, we have never had someone raise funds for the charity in that way before. We hope that many will go along and come away with a new frock, but at the same time contribute in such a marvellous way to the care of the terminally ill. We wish the organisers every success," said Lorna Johns, hospice director.

Following along the lines of Twiggy on BBC2 Dress Swap, Anne Embrey and her friends have organised a Frock Swap at Lamphey Village Hall tomorrow (Saturday) at 7 pm and would welcome you to bring a dress or two to swap for another. Maybe you have gone up a dress size since last year, maybe you have gone down, maybe you just fancy a change of style, so this is the perfect opportunity to go along with friends, make new ones and walk away with something special for your wardrobe. There's a small admission fee to be donated to the Paul Sartori Foundation.
