Pembrokeshire made a bright start to this game at Briton Ferry and missed two early chances that would have set them up against a team which has not lost for two years.

As the game wore on, it was obvious why Swansea have good results, as they played good possession football based on skill and physical fitness.

Pembrokeshire gave possession away too easily and their defensive problems stemmed from having not enough players being able to challenge their opponents in midfield areas.

A deep cross was not cleared for the first Swansea goal and constant Swansea attacks were dealt with competently by Daniel Evans in the visitors' goal until a 3-0 lead was built up by half-time.

Pembrokeshire showed more method in their play in the second half and kept more pressure on the Swansea goal.

However, they were regularly left open for a counter-attack and the lively Swansea forwards missed several goal-scoring opportunities, before finally settling the match with two excellent goals.
