WITH just days until the final of the prestigious Miss Wales competition, a plea has gone out to the people of Pembrokeshire to support their candidate for this year's event.

Bluestone National Park Resort's very own Danielle Greep will be representing the county with the hope of winning the title and going forward to the Miss World finals in Bali later this year.

But Danielle, from Narberth, needs the support of the people of Pembrokeshire who can vote by text and help her represent the area globally.

"I'm thrilled to have been selected at Miss Pembrokeshire and even more excited at the prospect of becoming Miss Wales and being able to represent West Wales and Wales as a whole at the Miss World finals," said Danielle.

"The competition has moved into the 21st century and is much more about the work and aspirations of the entrants and not just judged on the catwalk as many might think."

Danielle, who works as a personal assistant to Bluestone's commercial director, Pamela Joseph, has been with Bluestone since 2009, she's also spent time in Australia working and is trained in beauty and complementary therapies, having studied at Pembrokeshire College.

Danielle worked at The Well Spa at Bluestone before moving into administration. A volunteer with the Samaritans and named the UK World Skills Aromatherapy Champion, Danielle likes to keep busy while helping others.

Danielle is currently raising money for the Bobath Children's Therapy Centre for Children with Cerebal Palsy. She has already had a charity cake stall at Carmarthen Showground and took part in a skydive for charity at Swansea Airfield at the end of March.

Help support Danielle's bid to represent Pembrokeshire and Wales by texting Welsh 14 Danielle G to 64343.

Texts cost £1 plus standard network charge. Votes can be made until noon today (Friday).

You can find all terms and conditions of the voting on her Miss Wales Facebook page, Danielle Greep - Miss Wales Finalist 2013, or follow her on twitter @DMGreep.
