Three children from Newport recently enjoyed their trip to the Pembrokeshire area and made the most of the sunshine in their grandparents' garden, as this picture shows. Seven-year-old Ieuan Berry and his sisters, six-year-old twins Seren and Ffion Berry, are seen here in their grandparents' garden in Kilgetty next to one of the nine sunflowers that have recently bloomed, with the most impressive being nearly seven feet tall. The children's grandparents, Diana and Coleman Barrett, who have lived at Cherry Trees, Kingsmoor Road, for over a year, think the children were more than impressed with the seven-foot sunflower. "I'm sure the children thought it was a wonderful sight, and we also thought it was a great photo opportunity; it's a shame, though, that they weren't visiting this past weekend, as the sunflowers have grown even taller since," said Diana.
