Narberth & Whitland Rotary in conjunction with Narberth Rugby Club are delighted to announce that an exciting outdoor charity music event is coming to the Lewis-Lloyd home of The Otters Rugby Club on July 25.

The exciting ‘Sunday Night Fever’ event starring ‘The Bee Gees Experience’ was initially planned for May 2020, but with the Welsh Government announcing recently that outdoor events with up to 4,000 standing could go ahead, the clubs are delighted to have been given the thumbs up by Pembrokeshire County Council for the event to go ahead.

Top tribute band ‘The Bee Gees Experience’ have performed all over Europe and they are really looking forward to coming to Pembrokeshire.

They will be supported by top Two Tone Ska tribute group ‘Sorted’ from Pembrokeshire who boast a great following for their inimitable performance of hits by such bands as Madness and The Specials.

Also performing will be well loved Tenby group Ella Guru; with the event compered by top DJ Steve Briers.

The evening will start at 5.30 pm, and hot food and a bar will be available. A Stage will be erected on the pitch and event goers will be able to make use of the grandstand at the ground or bring their own picnic chairs to use on the pitch.

Both Rotary and the Rugby Club are of course taking their Covid compliance responsibilities very seriously and in conjunction with PCC will ensure all measures are in place with regard to social distancing to keep a safe environment for everyone attending.

“Early purchase of tickets is highly recommended to avoid disappointment as following such a long time before an event of this type in Pembrokeshire, there is sure to be a big demand,” said Narberth & Whitland Rotary President Chris Williams.

The event is in aid of Cancer Research Wales and Chris added that both Rotary and the Rugby Club are honoured to be putting on this exciting event in aid of such a worthy cause.
