Summerhill Quilters are set to host their annual Doughty Fabrics Roadshow at Amroth Parish Hall, Summerhill this month.
The event will take place on Saturday, March 21, from 10.30am to 2.30pm as part of their UK wide roadshows.
Summerhill Quilters started 16 years ago in January 2010, with 20 quilters meeting on Thursday afternoons 1pm to 4pm in Amroth Parish Hall. Each of the members bring along their own projects and sewing machines, with the majority making patchwork quilts and helping each other.
The popular fabric sale roadshows have been running for years. The Summerhill Quilters have hosted the popular events since 2013, in Amroth Parish Hall, where Matt Connolly of Doughty Fabrics visited Pembrokeshire.
The event is free, and all are invited. There will be a variety of fabrics for sale, including materials for patchwork and quilts, which is 100% cotton, with crafts fabric, extra backing fabric, batiks, and wadding.
