The annual general meeting of Cancer Research (Wales), Pembroke and District branch, was held at the King's Arms, Pembroke. The branch was told by the treasurer that they had a very successful fund- raising year. Over £12,500 was sent to headquarters, bringing the total raised by the branch to £323,600.
