Pictured are Emily Dilks, Hazel Fox, Stephen Ward and Luke Dedonker, who attend Tenby Junior School and also swim for Tenby Dolphins. They are seen at a swimming gala at Cardiff International Pool, on Saturday, when all four made it into the individual medley finals in their respective age groups. This is a considerable achievement, particularly as swimming in a 50-metre pool is a very different experience and can feel quite intimidating, particularly for Emily and Stephen, for whom this was their first ever long course (50m) gala.
