A vessel from Llansteffan got stuck in the surf at Tenby's North Beach on Tuesday. Locals John Messenger and Rob James, aboard a range safety boat, managed to get the tow rope from the stricken craft and passed it to lifeboat coxswain, Alan Thomas, who used his Caldey boat to free the boat.
