Stepaside School's Urdd musicians had a very successful time recently.
Adam North, Ellen Thomas, James Griffiths and Kira Hardy all played in the local Urdd Eisteddfod held in Crymych on Saturday, March 20.
Adam achieved third place in the violin competition, while Kira excelled to come first.
Congratulations must go to James who came first in the wind instrumental competition. Congratulations to all for a tremendous effort.
Boys and girls from Year 5 and 6 swam recently in the Sladen Trophy Gala. Adam North, David Dunfee, Daniel Farmiloe and Dean Pellington were the proud recipients of third place medals.
The school was recently presented with a new computer and netball kits from the Friends of Stepaside School.
Stepaside were runners-up in the Urdd netball tournament for South Pembrokeshire held at Pembroke Leisure Centre in January.
At the recent bingo evening held at the school, £519.15 was raised. Thanks go to everyone who took part in an enjoyable evening.
