Class 1 and 2 have embarked on their forest school adventures again this term. Pupils and staff were amazed by the dramatic transformation of the woodland since their last sessions in October. The children set to work building new homes and nests for the animals and new dens and stick ships for themselves to play in. We will continue to develop the areas of learning for foundation phase using the outdoors.

Stepaside CP School attended the girls Pembrokeshire Kwik Cricket tournament in Haverfordwest. Team members were Josie McGartland, Lisa Allen, Frankie James, Jay Hawkes, Bethany Duffy, Sophie Price, Rebecca Lewis, Georgie Waters, Thea Jenkins and Nieve Jenkins.
Sunsafety Comptition - The school council held a sun safety competition as part of their sun safety week at school. The winners were Flavia Jenkins and Josie Williams-Parris.
Swimming Gala - The annual swimming gala took place last Friday. Winners were: lower junior boy - Tristan Thomas; lower junior girl - Nhyrie Williams; upper junior boy - Carl Gwyther; upper junior girl - Katie Hicks. The Triers Trophy went to Tom Bowen.
