The Gwili Steam Railway Co. at Bronwydd Arms, Carmarthen, is opening its doors to all those who remember the days of the Great Western Railway or God's Wonderful Railway.
This Sunday, all pensioners will be able to travel free of charge on the Gwili Steam Railway. A Great Western Railway Pannier Tank Steam Train, which was built in 1929, will haul carriages that were made between 1891 and 1953. So plenty of nostalgia and time to remember what it was like all those years ago!
The first train will leave Bronwydd Arms at 11.15 am sharp and thereafter at 12.30 pm, 2 pm and the last steaming at 3.15 pm.
Everyone is welcome, but if you are pensionable age, then you may travel free.
Parking at Bronwydd Arms Station is available and for further information, please ring (01267) 238213.
