A 'Stars in their Eyes' style show will be taking place at the Cleddau Bridge Hotel in Pembroke Dock on Friday, April 17, for the Martin Roberts Children's Fund.
The charity cares for children in Pembrokeshire who may have been abused, neglected, bullied, suffered from drug abuse and many others.
"This service is very expensive to keep going; we have a charity shop in Willings Passage in Pembroke which is run by a group of fantastic volunteers who devote a lot of there time each week, which is so appreciated," said one of the fundraisers and organiser of the charity show, Peter Kraus.
"The aim of the show is to try and increase the service we are giving. We are looking for contestants who would like to come along and sing on stage, preferably between the ages of seven and 18.
"We have so much talent in Pembrokeshire, so this is their chance to be heard, and who knows, possibly turn their talent into a career, as well as raise money for a worthwhile cause," added Peter.
Auditions will take place before the show date to make sure that all contestants are happy with their backing tracks and everything else.
Tickets for the show, which will start at 7.30 pm, are priced at £6. Compere for the evening is Neil Thomas from Pembroke, with sound by the one and only Gina Jones.
Anyone interested in being a contestant can contact Peter Kraus on telephone number 01646 680003 or 07867765716 or email him at [email protected]">[email protected]
