Local amateur film-making group, Videomajic, have recently unveiled their latest project 'Stake and Chips', an interactive murder, mystery film that you can play on-line. 'Stake and Chips' was originally written in 1995 as a murder mystery dinner party. The game was played at venues locally on several occasions with huge success. Jon and Maxine Rolls, who founded Videomajic in 1999, had considered making a film of the story for some time, but were never happy with the draft copies of the scripts. As the game relies upon interactivity, which was not possible to recreate on video and DVD, the company decided to turn the story into an interactive game which can be played on-line. Videomajic's first drama was made with the assistance of the South Pembs. Young Farmers Club and the Eastend Flyover Company. Since then, they have been joined by actors, musicians, cameramen and other enthusiasts from all over the county for their projects. Although drama is the main interest of Videomajic, they have also produced several promotional videos, recorded live concerts, and most recently produced a souvenir DVD for the Carew 500 event. It's completely free to participate in 'Stake and Chips' on-line, which you can view at http://www.videomajiconline.com">www.videomajiconline.com
