A stable block was completely destroyed by fire during the early hours of yesterday (Thursday) morning.

Fire broke out at The Stable, Grove Street, Pennar, shortly before 2 am.

Firefighters from Pembroke Dock used two main jets, two hose reel jets, four breathing apparatus sets and a ground monitor to extinguish the blaze.

All animals were accounted for and the brigade were at the scene until just after 3 am.
