On November 23, St John’s Community Hall in Pembroke Dock will be celebrating 20 years since it was opened by the Bishop of St. David’s in 1999.

The Community Hall was the brainchild of the late Canon Alan Thomas who wanted the hall to be used by anybody in the community and not just by members of the church.

The hall is used by many different groups, including - parent and toddler groups, over 60s lunch club, short mat bowls, table tennis, lace group, arty crafty, Messy Church, Mothers Union and there is also a coffee morning every Thursday.

The hall has a curling set which is just waiting for some people to come along and form a club, if you are interested let us know.

The hall and other rooms in the building can also be hired for parties, meetings, exhibitions etc.

On November 23 the hall users will be putting on displays of their activities and we would welcome anybody to come along have a look at the displays and have a cup of tea and a cake with us.

Everybody is welcome, including children, after 3 pm.
