Next Wednesday, July 25, heralds the ever-popular St. Issell's Summer Fun Night in Saundersfoot. The event, which always attracts large crowds of holidaymakers and locals alike, kicks-off at 6.30 pm at the school field in Frances Lane. The organisers have once again put together a programme of fun activities for all members of the family to enjoy. Among the attractions will be a donkey derby, a line dancing display, and live music by local group, Elephant Gerald. To add to the fun, there will be a circus workshop from Folly Farm, a bouncy castle, slide and various fun competitions and games. There will also be a large number of stalls to browse around, including books, white elephant, bottle, tombola, garden, nearly new, jewellery and toys. In addition, there will be tasty refreshments in the form of freshly-made Welsh cakes and burgers, as well as a licenced bar. Admission is £1 for adults and 60p for children, with all proceeds going to church funds.
