The WI Ladies of St Florence recently purchased three trees to be planted on common land around the village.

They were a Copper Beech, an oak and a flowering Cherry. They also purchased over a hundred daffodil and crocus bulbs to be planted on the banks of the Ritec in front of two of the trees.

The St. Florence WI meets every second Monday at 1.45 pm at the Village Hall and welcomes anybody who would like to join.
