Year Four pupils of St. Florence School have been getting into the swing of things recently with lessons on the golf course. The sessions, funded by the Golf Foundation, have been taking place at Trefloyne Golf Club, which is a starter centre for golfers. Over the next few weeks, children from the school will be taught all aspects of the sport, from using woods and irons to chipping and putting, before finally being taken out to play a few holes. Trefloyne's head professional, Christine Burton, has been providing the lessons.
