Over 200 parents and children took part in a special activity challenge last week.
The Springboard Activity Day at Pembroke Dock offered 20 fun-filled activities aimed at challenging both mind and body.
Parents and youngsters were encouraged to have a go at a range of activities, from box jumping and football dribbling to rowing and bicycle spinning.
Or if they preferred a more mental challenge, they were able to tackle 'CUBE' like activities aimed at testing hand and eye co-ordination as well as the ability to build freestanding structures in record-breaking times!
The event was organised by Springboard to mark Adult Learners Week.
It was opened by Olympic torch bearer, Eric Mathias.
Springboard is a Learning Pembrokeshire - Pembrokeshire County Council's adult learning arm - project, which runs a wide range of fun, free and exciting courses for adults and families.
