Sir, Senario: 1. Developer buys small open site on Amroth seafront. 2. He proposes to build two large houses here. 3. Amroth Community Council and Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority 'unanimously' reject the proposals. 4. He appeals to the Welsh Assembly. 5. Assembly's Inspector overrules all local decisions of those who have a more balanced judgement of what is appropriate to the area, and grants the appeal. 6. Amroth's seafront will no longer enjoy an open aspect on the river valley floor. Surely there must be something wrong with such a system that allows this.
Jane E. Bartlett,
Nyth y Fran, Amroth.
