June 15 sees the second Midsummer Festival hitting the streets of Pembroke Dock, promising to be bigger and better than last year with an exciting range of events and activities. The week of live music, workshops, theatre, dances, walks, talks, exhibitions and community events starts Friday, June 15, through to Friday, June 22, including a Beer Festival on Saturday 16th, a Family Fun Day on Sunday 17th, a Midsummer Procession on Thursday 21st and a local bands concert finale on Friday 22nd. Event secretary Don Earl said: "There really is something for everyone at this year's festival, ranging from a Beer Festival through to a Family Fun Day, as well as a range of theatre and music nights, tea dances, walks and talks. The whole community can get involved with events such as the Midsummer Procession through the town and come along to an amazing finale concert with three local bands catering for all tastes. We are really hoping that everyone will come along and support what is going to be a fantastic event."
