A Nordic Walking taster session proved so popular that it was run three times!
Over 20 people turned up to try out the UK's fastest growing fitness activity at Scolton Manor last month.
Organised by Health Challenge Pembrokeshire and the National Public Health Service, the hour-long sessions were led by a fully trained Nordic Walking instructor.
Nordic Walking, or pole walking, is more than just ordinary walking - it's a fitness exercise that makes something everyone can do twice as effective as well as helping maintain and improve strength and endurance.
Further low-cost sessions will now be held across the county every Wednesday and Saturday, with a walk across the Preseli Hills planned for next Spring.
