Ebony and Bo Dibble-Chwistek, who both attend Greenhill School, competed in the Welsh NDP Championships in tumbling over the weekend.

The competition, which was held at their club in Haverfordwest, had a high number of clubs competing on both days and both girls put in strong performances with their multiple routines and did their club proud.

The sisters are now preparing for their next competition in April.
