Tenby lifeboat, the RFA Sir Galahad, was launched at approximately 3.45 am on Sunday morning to go to the aid of an injured crew member on a fishing vessel off the south Pembrokeshire coast.
The Milford Haven registered vessel, the EJP, was fishing off St. Govan's Head when a crew member injured his arm in the boat's winch.
The casualty was taken off the vessel and brought to Tenby aboard the lifeboat, from where he was conveyed to Withybush Hospital, Haverfordwest.
