Saundersfoot resident, John Turner, had a sighting of summer on Saturday when he spotted some swallows at Gelli Bridge, near Llawhaden. Other readers also report having seen swallows flying over Tenby golf course the previous Friday... as well as a flock of swans last weekend. "There were 13 swans in all," said one surprised golfer. "They came over the dunes from the direction of South Beach and flew over the third hole and down towards Giltar in a perfect V formation. They looked just like the Red Arrows!"
