Tenby and District Soroptimists International held their business meeting at New Hedges Village Hall last week. The Annual Craft Fair was held in New Hedges on Saturday and was a great success. Some members will be attending the regional meeting in Aberavon on Saturday. St. Mary's Youth Choir are presenting their first pre-Christmas concert at St. Mary's Church on Tuesday, November 20, at 8 pm, in aid of Soroptimist local charities. Entry fee, payable at the door, is £5 adults and £2 children. Several Soroptimist members had attended the conference in Harrogate where Wendy and Karen were presented with a Programme Action award for the club's FGM awareness campaign. The next meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 4, at New Hedges Village Hall.
