Mappa Mundi Theatre Company will be bringing Richard III to Milford Haven's Torch Theatre next Friday, February 11, at 7.30 pm. Mappa Mundi Theatre are renowned for producing accessible interpretations of classic texts, and this new staging of Shakespeare's Richard III, will offer audiences an innovative, concise and often irreverent adaptation, guaranteed to entertain. Richard's reign is portrayed as a period in which nothing is sacred; neither on a political or social level, nor on a personal one. Richard will stop at nothing, not even at betraying his friends and murdering his kin, in order to become king. A perfect introduction to Shakespeare, this production offers a fresh adaptation for those familiar with this classic and Shakespeare virgins alike.
