TWO sergeants have joined the neighbourhood policing teams in Pembrokeshire.
Sergeant Martin Vaughan will be responsible for the Haverfordwest, Milford Haven and Fishguard section teams.
Sergeant Lesley Buckle will be responsible for the Tenby, Narberth and Pembroke Dock section teams.
Sergeant Vaughan has 22 years service in the police. The majority of his time has been spent in the roads policing unit.
He said: "I hope to continue to integrate the roads policing unit into neighbourhood policing teams as I am aware of how traffic issues such as speeding and parking effect our communities."
Sergeant Buckle has been a police officer since 1998 and has spent most of her service in Pembroke Dock.
She said: "I have already taken an active role in Neighbourhood Policing.
"Working with the public is essential to the success of neighbourhood policing and I am looking forward to getting to know further the communities throughout my areas."
